（中央社台北11日電）前台北市長郝龍斌今天在臉書說，台北市長柯文哲上任4個月，所謂的新政只是頻頻用具煽動性的威脅字眼等SOP來進行批鬥；所自詡的白色力量也彷彿早已變調為白色恐怖。

中國國民黨副主席郝龍斌晚間在臉書（facebook）發文，質疑「社會價值、法律意義及他人人格，全憑一人好惡定之？」

郝龍斌說，柯文哲上任以來，不管是慈濟、總統馬英九、他個人、市府同仁、與市府合作的企業，「這4個月來在他的口中都變得極其不堪」；「不管是個人、企業甚至是法律，已變成順他者才是有良心的人、才是要去堅持的好法；而逆他者，就變成他口中『給他死』的惡人和不知變通的惡法」。

他質疑，究竟是白色力量？還是白色恐怖？
